I use the peppermint cream on my hands and legs
and feet. It is so cool and refreshing during the summer months.
I really enjoy using the cream at any time but during the summer
it is especially refreshing.

I use peppermint on my neck. I have a problem and
my neck gets stiff. Rubbing in the peppermint relaxes the muscle
and many time relieves the pain without pain pills.

I use Peppermint in tea (warm or iced) combined
with chamomile, yarrow, nettles.
Peppermint Oil: a few drops
added to chocolate cake, chocolate cookies, chocolate ice cream.
In fragrance pillows with rose petals, lavender, thyme.
As a room freshener over dried flowers and shavings.
A Peppermint sprig added to cold drinks of any kind.
-- Kaye Abikhaled
Peppermint Mosquito Spray:
30 drops of peppermint essential in white vinegar or cider vinegar.
Place peppermint oil in spay bottle or hydro mist bottle. Fill the
bottle with vinegar.
Spray on exposed area of the skin while you are outside and want
to keep the bugs away.
The peppermint oil cools the skin and masks the vinegar smell. A
nontoxic alternative to other bug sprays.

I brush fresh mint leaves with a mixture
of egg whites and powdered sugar, and place in a dehydrator, until
leaves are crispy and sugar coating is dry. I eat it as is as a
refreshing low fat candy, or use as a vanilla ice cream topping.
Mix fresh mint leaves with cilantro, plain non-fat yogurt,
and garlic to taste, and drizzle over sliced cucumbers and
cherry tomatoes.
Or I add a few drops of peppermint oil, and a few drops of
tea tree oil to a load of laundry (especially work out clothes).
This gives laundry a fresh scent and helps prevent the spread of
ringworm and other fungus. Best for use on more sturdy clothes
or heavy wear items (martial arts uniforms, sports tops and shorts,
tube socks, jeans), the oil might stain delicates.

I rub it on my feet right before I go to bed. I
held my sister's bridal luncheon at the Herb Farm and we gave
the foot lotion to everyone who came.
-- Jayme Fairhurst
I chop it finely, mix with sugar and vanilla, and
toss with fresh strawberries.

After a long hot day of either swimming or working
in the garden, I like to take a long cool bath and put it on my
over exposed skin for a cooling relief on a hot day.
