We are so excited about May 2006! Mother's Day. Make your reservations for our Mother's Day Lunch . . . always sure to please.

Our First Annual Herb-N-Art Festival May 27th, Heart Beats Drum Workshop May 13th, weddings at the Herb Farm, an enchanted lunch, dinner or spa treatment. May is a place where our landscape has a soul of its own . . . join us at the Herb Farm to feed your soul.

We had a great 12th Annual Spring Herbfest, with a little set back a couple of days before with a pounding hail storm. We were proud to be in the 2006 James Beard Restaurant Directory. Also visit "In the News" to see the article published in the Kerrville Daily Times on March 22, 2006. Watch for articles and ads in your favorite newspapers and magazines. There is always something going on at the Herb Farm.

In May our herb of the month, is Lemon Verbena, don't miss the recipe for Lemon Verbena Sweet Biscuits.

You may find some new arrivals at the Herb Farm if you have not visited in awhile, in April we opened The Back Porch - an addition to our restaurant where you can enjoy wonderful food and frequent musical entertainment. We also opened The Secret Haus, a new space for relaxation as an expansion of our day spa. Another great addition to the Herb Farm is our new TiPi - watch for upcoming news about events and a new garden!
