Dear Farm Family, Well Winter went by quickly this year and here we go in full swing with a beautiful Spring, and an early Easter on March 27th. We are ready to serve you with a large selection of herbs, natives and perennials for all of your gardening needs.

Now is a good time to add compost to your beds and prune back any dead wood and old stalks from the Autumn before things begin leafing out. Remember you will have a lot more blooms, especially on your roses on new growth.

We hope to see many of you this Spring for our 11th Annual Herb Festival, April 15th - 17th. Enjoy gardening, wine, music, lots of great food and some very special speakers and vendors. In the meantime, we will be starting more cuttings and starting lots of seeds in the greenhouse and preparing some great dishes in our kitchen to serve you in our restaurant.

We are also very excited to begin working with the folks at Central Market around the state of Texas, where our Gourmet Food products and our Body Care and Candles will now be available. Please be sure to look for them and see what special promotions we will be having with them.
